Easy setup, no hassel and sound quality is great.
I purchased the 2025 Ultimate Professional Karaoke Machine Bundle back at the beginning of September with the expedited shipping option with the plan to use it for a party scheduled for the end of September. We received 2 out of the 3 parcels 1 week before the party. The missing parcel which included the touch screen system and receiver was lost due to a mistake made by FedEx and not the seller. Despite the mishap, Mike Chien from 101 Karaoke was very accommodating throughout and was willing to ship a whole new touchscreen and receiver without additional cost. Fortunately, we were able to track down the missing package and setup the system with Mike's help the day before the party. The Karaoke machine was a smash hit and definitely the highlight of the party. With an extensive song collection and great sound, I would highly recommend this for all that are interested in getting a karaoke system for home use.
Buying from the US. The system can be a little intimidating when you open everything given the instructions are in a foreign language but overall pretty straightforward to set up after watching the videos on the website. Once everything is set up and working Mike is very helpful getting the software updated and helping you find the music in your preferred language. Thanks again Mike. Pretty awesome setup!

I bought this sytem to replace my old one from anther brand because of bigger touch screen, more features and the impressive song list (both locally installed and from Cloud library). Overall I am extremely happy with the purchase and had hosted a few successful home Karaoke parties!! :-D A big bonus is the superb customer service by Mike and his team. Super fast response to get any issue resolved. Fact-time/Whats App step-by-step instruction is a charm.
System in not what I bargained for, doesn't work half the time, cuts off in the middle of a song. Tried to return it, company said they have a NO return policy, although no where in the description did it claim that. Very very upset.

We do in fact have a no return policy as we told you when we first spoke on the phone to prevent abuse. We will further investigate if we have shipped you faulty equipment and send you new ones if that is the case. We will try our best to make things right and appreciate the honest feedback.
I bought this because you stated I could access 400 thousand songs.All I can access is YouTube.I don’t have the correct password so I am at a standstill.The machine sounds great,the mics are nice but other than that with everything in Chinese I can’t really perform with this.I need to talk with someone about these issues before I can give the right response!

This karaoke set has almost every function that a real KTV has. It�s a little pricey but really worth it. Once you own this you no longer have to spend expensive hourly rate at a small, smelly KTV room. You can even hold a karaoke party at home with family and friends. Really convenient and entertaining! Karaoke fan I’m a die hard karaoke fan and being Korean made karaoke naturally a part of our culture. So naturally getting a karaoke machine in my own home was no brainer. I would say buying this karaoke was one of the best purchase I’ve made thus far. This system has all collections of songs that you could imagine and neatly categorized by artist/title. There’s also an option for back up singers to sing along with you which makes it less daunting to sing. Plus the music doesn’t sound cheesy or auto tune compared to the Korean system that I grew up with. All in all I highly recommend this system for anyone new to the karaoke journey or even die hard fans like me! :)

Everything was in Chinese.. but Mike helped me resolve the issue! Contacted 101-karaoke through the online chat box. Referred me to Mike and we did a video call through Whatsapp. He showed me how to switch the language from Chinese to English within a few minutes and also updated our machine. Mike also showed me how to pick all the songs I wanted to sing. Great service!

Love love love this. I love how this system works and the fact that I don�t need to physically go out to a karaoke bar to sing. I can now sing from the comfort of my own home, and especially when you have guests over, it can definitely lighten up the mood some more. You can pick songs off of your phone, and they shockingly are always updating new songs into it. It is a bit tricky to install, but the seller was very meticulous on teaching me how to set everything up even though he already has some tutorials on YouTube. Would definitely recommend this. 10/10!

Not bad. The product works well and allows you to sing a variety of songs. Price is not too bad considering all that comes with it. It is a little difficult to assemble and you might need help if you want to assemble correctly and enjoy all its functions. If you get through that part, you will enjoy it. Customer service was fast!

This kit is good enough for my family and friends party which we are all love to singing. In the KTV we usually paid three to four hundres for a night, but with this kit we don't have to pay anymore. The screen is big enough for KTV.
