At 101 Karaoke, we are committed to providing clear transparency regarding the content, software, and cloud-based media available through our karaoke systems. This Licensed Content Disclosure explains how music, videos, lyrics, and cloud-library materials are sourced, managed, and licensed.

1. Licensed Song Database (InAndOn Cloud Library)

All karaoke tracks, videos, lyrics, and downloadable song updates available through our machines originate from the InAndOn Cloud Song Database, which is owned and maintained by InAndOn (China).

101 Karaoke does not create, edit, own, or individually license music content.
We provide hardware systems that include access to this cloud-based catalog under the terms of our reseller agreement.

Content Ownership

  • All copyrighted materials remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

  • InAndOn manages all licensing, distribution rights, and server-side updates.

  • 101 Karaoke acts solely as an authorized reseller of InAndOn hardware and cloud-library access.

2. Customer Access to Licensed Content

Customers who purchase a karaoke system from 101 Karaoke receive:

  • 1-year free access to the InAndOn cloud database, activated at setup

  • Optional annual renewal

  • Or a one-time lifetime access license

All song availability, updates, removals, and metadata are controlled by InAndOn according to their licensing agreements.

3. No Unauthorized Distribution

101 Karaoke does not:

  • Upload or distribute copyrighted music

  • Host, stream, or store karaoke videos on our own servers

  • Sell individual karaoke tracks

  • Modify or redistribute audio/video files in any form

All content is accessed directly from InAndOn’s licensed infrastructure through the karaoke system.

4. Customer-Generated Content

If customers record their singing sessions using system features:

  • These recordings belong to the customer

  • We do not store, view, or distribute them

  • Downloads occur directly on the customer’s device (USB)

5. Compliance Commitment

We aim to maintain full compliance with:

  • Digital copyright regulations

  • DMCA guidelines

  • Google Ads policies

  • Transparency and consumer-protection standards
