At 101 Karaoke, we aim to ensure that your order is processed and delivered safely and on time.
This Shipping Policy explains our handling times, delivery methods, estimated timeframes, and other shipping-related details in full compliance with Google Merchant and Advertising guidelines.


1. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 4 business days after payment confirmation.
During this period, your order is prepared, inspected, and securely packed for shipment.

  • Order Handling: 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Tracking Number: Sent to your email once the order leaves our warehouse


2. Shipping Methods

We use reliable and trackable shipping partners to deliver all orders safely:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Sea Freight (for large or heavy orders)

All shipments include a tracking number that will be emailed to you automatically once the package is dispatched.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are included in the product price, meaning there are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
The shipping method and transit time depend on the type of product and destination region.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location and shipping option selected at checkout:

Please note: delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly due to customs inspections, local postal delays, weather, or peak seasons.


5. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is provided for every order.
Tracking details will be sent via email within 4 days after handling time, once the package leaves our warehouse.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website (UPS or FedEx).

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we work closely with our shipping partners to meet estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to:

If a delay occurs, our support team will provide updates and assistance until your order is delivered.


7. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, the order may be returned or delayed.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate addresses but will assist in resolving them whenever possible.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
