At 101 Karaoke, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from us. Because our karaoke systems are customized, tested, and configured prior to shipment, we apply a structured and transparent return policy that balances customer protection with product integrity.


1. Return Eligibility & Return Window

A. Change-of-Mind Returns (Limited Eligibility)

We accept change-of-mind returns for eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies due to testing and configuration costs.
  • Approved change-of-mind returns will be refunded to the original payment method (minus the restocking fee) following a warehouse inspection.
  • Returns that do not meet original condition requirements (unused, uninstalled, unactivated) may be refused.

B. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You may request a repair, replacement, or refund if:

  • The item arrives defective or damaged
  • Parts are missing
  • You received the wrong product

In these cases:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos or a short video showing the issue
  • If the issue is confirmed as our responsibility, we cover all return and replacement shipping costs

2. Condition Requirements

To qualify for any return, repair, or replacement:

  • Products must be returned in original condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Our support team will review the request and provide authorization and instructions before any return is sent.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item):

We cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

  • Change-of-mind returns:

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements may be refused or returned to the sender.


4. Refunds (Conditional)

Apart from approved change-of-mind returns (as outlined in Section 1A), refunds for performance or technical issues are not automatic. For potential defects, refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

  • The product cannot be repaired or replaced, or
  • A verified issue persists after troubleshooting and replacement attempts.

Refund process:

  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days (additional time may be required by banks or card issuers)

5. Exchanges

If the wrong item was shipped or parts were missing, please contact us at

We will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital subscriptions or downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation
  • Customized configurations after activation
  • Items returned without prior authorization

9. Processing Time

Once a return is received and approved:
