Cloud Database & Subscription Policy

Our karaoke systems include access to the InAndOn Cloud Song Database, which allows customers to browse, update, and download new karaoke tracks on a monthly basis. This policy explains how cloud access, subscription renewals, lifetime access, pricing, and cancellations work.

1. Access Included With Every System

Each karaoke system includes:

  • 1 year of free cloud database access

  • Activation begins when the customer registers the product through the device setup screen

During the free year, customers can download new songs, install updates, and access the full cloud catalog without any additional charges.

2. Subscription Options After the First Year

After the free year ends, customers may choose one of the following:

Option A – Yearly Renewal

  • Fixed yearly subscription fee (displayed at checkout when renewing)

  • Renews manually or automatically depending on the customer’s selection during renewal

  • No long-term commitments — can be canceled anytime before renewal

Option B – Lifetime Access

  • A one-time payment of $200 USD

  • Lifetime access does not require annual renewals

  • No recurring charges

All fees are clearly shown before purchase. No hidden charges apply.

3. Features Included With Subscription

Cloud access includes:

  • Downloading new songs added by InAndOn

  • Monthly content updates (when available)

  • Ability to manage personal playlists and installed tracks

Note:
The cloud database does not include MP3 downloads, external audio downloads, or paid “premium membership” features.
We do not offer additional paid membership tiers beyond the yearly or lifetime cloud access.

This ensures transparency and avoids hidden “membership” claims.

4. Ownership & Content Rights

  • The cloud song catalog is owned, managed, and updated by InAndOn, the official content provider.

  • 101 Karaoke is an authorized reseller and distributor of InAndOn karaoke systems and cloud database services.

5. Renewal & Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their upcoming renewal anytime before the billing date

  • Cancellation will not interrupt your current active subscription period

  • Reminder notices are sent before renewal dates

  • No cancellation penalties apply

For lifetime access purchases, all payments are one-time and do not renew.

6. Regional Availability

The cloud database is accessible worldwide.
There are no location restrictions for downloading song updates or accessing cloud content.
