We stand behind the quality of every karaoke system we sell.
All products purchased from 101 Karaoke come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Covers manufacturing or functional defects under normal, intended use.

  • Applies to the main karaoke unit, touchscreen, and microphones.

  • Does not cover accidental damage, improper use, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

2. Warranty Period

  • The warranty period is 1 year from the date of original purchase.

  • Repairs or replacements do not extend or renew the warranty period.

3. Warranty Process

To request warranty service:

  1. Contact our support team at mchien92@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

  2. Attach clear photos or a short video of the defect.

  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

If the issue qualifies under warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

4. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Software updates or song database issues managed by third parties (InAndOn)
