At 101 Karaoke, customer satisfaction is important to us.
We carefully inspect every product before shipping to ensure quality and performance.
Because our systems are customized and tested prior to dispatch, we operate under a limited replacement policy rather than general returns.
1. General Policy
We have a no-return policy, except in cases where:

The product arrives defective, damaged, or missing parts; or

You receive the wrong item.
In these situations, we will provide a replacement or repair at no extra cost to you.
If you wish to report a defect or incorrect shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos showing the issue.
2. Eligibility for Replacement or Repair
To be eligible for a replacement or repair:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with original packaging and all accessories included.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice).

The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
If your product meets the criteria above, our support team will guide you through the return or replacement process.
3. Return Shipping Costs

If the issue was caused by us (e.g., wrong item shipped, missing part, or defective on arrival), we will cover all shipping costs related to the replacement or repair.

If you are returning the product for any other reason (for example, you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Items that are not defective or damaged

Items returned without prior approval

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards or personalized products

Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only provided in exceptional cases, such as:

The item cannot be repaired or replaced, or

The replacement stock is unavailable.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

We’ll evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement or repair promptly.
8. European Union (EU) Orders
For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
9. Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your replacement, repair, or refund request within 3–5 business days.
