Refund & Return Policy

At 101 Karaoke, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from us. Because our karaoke systems are customized, tested, and configured prior to shipment, we apply a structured and fair return policy designed to protect product quality while meeting consumer protection standards.


1. Return Eligibility & Return Window

Change-of-Mind Returns (Limited)

We accept change-of-mind returns for eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, microphones, cables, and documentation must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
A 10% restocking fee may apply due to testing and configuration costs.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You may request a repair, replacement, or refund if:

  • The item arrives defective or damaged

  • Parts are missing

  • You received the wrong product

In these cases:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and photos or a short video showing the issue

For issues caused by us, we cover all return and replacement shipping costs.


2. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, replacement, or repair:

  • Product must be returned in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, microphones, remotes, and cables

  • Proof of purchase is required

Our support team will verify the issue and guide you through the process.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error (defective, damaged, incorrect item):
    We cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

  • Change-of-mind returns:
    Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements may be refused.


4. Refunds

Refunds are issued when:

  • A product cannot be repaired or replaced, or

  • The issue persists after verified troubleshooting

Refund Process:

  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days (bank processing times may vary)


5. Exchanges

If the wrong item was shipped or parts were missing, please contact us at

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital subscriptions or downloadable content

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Customized configurations after activation

  • Items returned without prior authorization


7. European Union (EU) Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective
