Shipping Coverage

This policy applies to shipments delivered within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.


Delivery Schedule

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

All orders require 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) for handling and preparation.
During high volume periods, handling may take up to 3 business days.

Transit Time

Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and location:

  • Sea Shipping (Standard Freight)
    • Estimated transit time: Approximately 20-30 days
    • Best for non-urgent deliveries
    • Delivery time may vary based on port schedules and carrier routing
  • Air Express Shipping
    • Estimated transit time: 2–3 weeks
    • Faster than sea freight
    • Subject to airline schedules and customs processing
  • Redline / Priority Shipping
    • Estimated transit time: 5–7 business days
    • Fastest available option
    • Availability depends on product type and delivery location

Estimated Total Delivery Window

Most orders are delivered within 5–30 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

We ship orders using leading U.S. delivery services, including:

  • FedEx

Carriers are automatically selected based on your delivery address and the fastest available route.


Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping Included (USA Only)
The cost of standard shipping (sea freight) is included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Paid / Expedited Shipping
If faster shipping options (Air Express or Redline) are available, applicable charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier name
  • Tracking link

You may also track your order through our Order Tracking page (insert your page URL when ready).


Delivery Issues

Please contact us immediately if any of the following occur:

  • Your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window
  • You believe your package is lost
  • Your item arrives damaged
  • A package shows "Delivered" but you have not received it

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.


Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. boxes in certain restricted regions
  • Freight forwarders
  • Countries outside the United States

If your address cannot be serviced, a team member will contact you before fulfillment.
