The most awaited day of the week is here again. FRIDAAAY! The end of the weekdays and the start of the weekend. For some, Friday meant partying and having fun, but for some, it meant relaxing and recharging. For artists and music lovers, Friday is a big day because this is the day new music is released.

BlackPink - Jump

K-pop fans, get ready! Two of the biggest girl groups have dropped new music this Friday that’s sure to be played on repeat on your playlist.

Black to the pink, the queens had released a new bop once again. Jump is their first single since The Girls in 2023. Jump has a fast beat meant for dancing, which is seen in the music video where the girls and many dancers dance and bop their heads around.

Twice - This Is For

Global sensation Twice is back with an empowering English track and a full album of the same name. The album is Twice’s fourth Korean album. Some notable British singer-songwriters,  namely Perrie Edwards and Kamille, had also contributed to the making of some of the songs from this album.

The song is an empowering anthem for women. This is For is meant to uplift women who keep reaching for their dreams and those who don’t get enough recognition. Its music video was released on the same day.

Justin Bieber - Swag

Swag is Justin Bieber’s seventh studio album and was released today after his last album in 2021.

Justin Bieber - DAISIES

DAISIES is the second track in the album and is currently the most trending out of all the songs. DAISIES is about longing for someone and wanting to be with them physically, but can’t, so they end up thinking about the other person all the time.

Tyla - Is It

The queen of popiano has released a new bop once again. Known for her song Water, Tyla is known for not being shy to showcase desire through her catchy songs. It Is is about a sexual desire felt for someone while contemplating whether to act upon it or not.

Burna Boy - No Signs of Weakness

No Signs of Weakness is Burna Boy’s eleventh album and features other rappers such as Travis Scott, Mick Jagger, Stromae, and Shaboozey. Although the album was released on July 11, 2025, some of its singles were released beforehand, namely TaTaTa, Sweet Love, Update, and Bundle by Bundle.

Clipse - Let God Sort Em Out

Let God Sort Em Out is Clipse fourth studio album. This album features Chains & Whips, a controversial song that was rumored to be a diss track for rapper Jim Jones, whom Pusha T (one of the two members of Clipse) accused of siding with Drake with the latter’s infamous feud with Kendrick Lamar. Kendrick Lamar is also featured in the song Chains & Whips.

Backstreet Boys - Millennium 2.0

Everybody, backstreet’s back, alright! (This song isn’t included in the album, though). The Backstreet Boys have re-released an expanded version of their 1999 album Millennium, so get your teenage hearts ready to sing along to their hits!

Wet Leg - moisturizer

moisturizer is indie rock band Wet Leg’s second studio album. One of its singles, Catch These Fists, was released before the entire album.

Jojo Siwa - Bette Davis Eyes

Known for being a Dance Moms alumna and her song Karma, Jojo Siwa released a cover of Kim Carnes’ song, Better Davis Eyes.
