The singer is expressing his desire to provide his partner everything she can ever want, especially luxury things (Yves Saint Laurent), despite her already being able to afford to (used to drive a Yukon). The singer is confident that he can make her dreams happen and that he can make her happy. He also expresses his desire to move forward in life with her, while providing a carefree-type of happiness.

This part could mean two things. The singer is feeling impatient with the pace of their relationship, with her wanting to take things slow while he wants to take things further fast. “Tell me the password” could mean that he’s asking for the password of socials. For some, having access to your partner’s social media accounts means being in a serious relationship. 

This part could also have a sexual meaning, with her wanting to take it slow, but he wants to have sex with her right away. He’s aware that there are other men who chase after her, so he promises her that he will make her feel so good that she’ll come back and beg for more.
