Because our karaoke systems are customized, tested, and configured before shipment, returns are subject to the conditions below:
Change-of-Mind Returns
- Accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible physical products
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and unactivated
- Must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Customer pays return shipping
- A 10% restocking fee may apply
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos or a short video
- If confirmed as our responsibility, we cover all return and replacement shipping costs
- Repair, replacement, or refund will be arranged as appropriate
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only if repair or replacement is not possible
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection
