Because our karaoke systems are customized, tested, and configured before shipment, returns are subject to the conditions below:

Change-of-Mind Returns

• Accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible physical products
  
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and unactivated
  
• Must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  
• Customer pays return shipping
  
• A 10% restocking fee may apply
  
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused
  

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  
• Provide your order number and photos or a short video
  
• If confirmed as our responsibility, we cover all return and replacement shipping costs
  
• Repair, replacement, or refund will be arranged as appropriate
  

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only if repair or replacement is not possible
  
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection
  

Non-Returnable Items

EU Customers
