Cloud Database & Subscription Policy

101 Karaoke systems include access to the InAndOn Cloud Song Database, which allows customers to browse, download, and install new karaoke songs released by the manufacturer. This policy explains access terms, pricing, duration, renewals, cancellations, and content ownership in a transparent manner.

1. Cloud Access Included With Purchase

Every new 101 Karaoke system includes:

  • One (1) year of free cloud database access

  • Activation begins when the customer registers the device during initial system setup

  • During the free access period, customers may:

    • Download new songs added by InAndOn

    • Install system and song updates

    • Access the full licensed cloud catalog

No payment details are required during the free access period.

2. Subscription Options After the Free Year

After the initial free year expires, customers may choose one of the following options:

Option A – Annual Subscription

  • Paid yearly subscription (price clearly displayed at renewal)

  • Renewal may be manual or automatic, depending on customer selection at checkout

  • No long-term contract required

  • Customers may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid charges

Option B – Lifetime Cloud Access

  • One-time payment of $200 USD

  • Provides lifetime access to the cloud database

  • No recurring or renewal fees

  • No future charges of any kind

All pricing is clearly disclosed before purchase.
There are no hidden fees.

3. What Cloud Access Includes (and Does Not Include)

Cloud access includes:

  • Licensed karaoke song downloads provided by InAndOn

  • Periodic song library updates (when available)

  • Playlist management and cloud syncing

Cloud access does NOT include:

  • MP3 file downloads

  • External audio downloads

  • Paid “premium memberships”

  • Separate feature unlocks

101 Karaoke does not offer additional paid membership tiers beyond the annual or lifetime cloud access described above.

4. Ownership & Licensing Disclosure

  • All cloud song content is owned, licensed, and maintained by InAndOn

  • 101 Karaoke does not own the music catalog

  • 101 Karaoke is an authorized reseller and distributor of:

    • InAndOn karaoke systems

    • InAndOn cloud database access

5. Renewal & Cancellation Terms

  • Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the renewal date

  • Cancellation does not interrupt the current active subscription period

  • Renewal reminders are sent in advance

  • Lifetime access purchases are final and do not renew

No cancellation penalties apply.

6. Regional Availability

  • Cloud database access is available worldwide

  • No geographic or regional restrictions apply to cloud usage
