Warranty Policy

All karaoke systems and accessories purchased from 101 Karaoke come with a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Hardware malfunctions

  • Faulty components

  • Issues arising from normal, intended use of the product

If your product fails due to a manufacturing or hardware defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, spills, or improper installation

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations

  • Damage from power surges or electrical issues not related to the product

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches)

  • Products used in a commercial environment unless specified as commercial models

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces that do not provide valid invoices

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:

    You may be asked to submit photos or videos to help us verify the defect.

  3. Return the Item (If Required):

  4. Resolution:
    Once we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or a refund according to the warranty terms.

4. Warranty Period

  • The warranty begins on the delivery date.

  • Any replacement product provided will be covered for the remaining period of the original warranty.

  • Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser.

This limited warranty is offered in addition to rights available under applicable consumer protection laws in the United States. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
