Because our karaoke systems are customized, tested, and configured before shipping, we follow a replacement-focused return policy. This ensures product quality, prevents misuse, and provides a fair process for all customers.


1. Return Eligibility & Return Window

We operate a limited return policy due to the nature of our electronic equipment.

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The item arrived defective, damaged, or missing parts, or

  • You received the wrong product.

In these cases:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, photos, or a short video showing the issue.

We do not accept general returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product performance.


2. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a replacement or repair:

  • The product must be in original condition, unused, and include:

    • Original packaging

    • Remote controls, microphones, accessories

    • Cables and documentation

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If we are at fault
    (defective item, incorrect item, missing parts):
    We cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

  • If you are returning for any reason not covered above
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    Returns not caused by an error on our side are not accepted.


4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only offered in exceptional cases, such as:

  • The item cannot be repaired or replaced due to stock unavailability, or

  • The issue persists after troubleshooting and is verified by our team.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days (bank or card provider may take longer).


5. Exchanges

We will arrange an exchange or replacement at no cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and intellectual property reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Non-defective electronic equipment

  • Items damaged by customer misuse or incorrect installation

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized configurations

  • Items returned without prior authorization


7. European Union (EU) Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense unless defective.
