At 101 Karaoke, product quality and customer satisfaction are extremely important to us.
Every karaoke system is custom-configured, updated, and tested before shipping. Because of this, we operate under a limited replacement policy instead of general returns.
Our goal is to be fully transparent and ensure customers understand their rights before purchasing.
1. When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns only in the following situations:

The product arrives defective, damaged, or missing parts

You receive the wrong item
In these cases, we will provide a replacement or repair at no extra cost, including shipping.
2. Reporting Window
To ensure quick resolution, please report any issue within 14 days of delivery with:

Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
We extended this window to give customers more time and clarity.
3. Why General Returns Are Not Accepted
Our karaoke systems are:

Custom-configured

Loaded with licensed content

Updated and tested individually
Once opened and activated, they cannot be restocked or resold as new.
For this reason, change-of-mind returns are not available.
This policy is clearly displayed on product pages and throughout checkout for full transparency.
4. Warranty Coverage
All products include a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering:

Hardware defects

System malfunction

Component failures
Warranty claims receive free repair or replacement depending on the issue.
5. Replacement Eligibility
To qualify:

The item must be returned in the same condition received

All accessories, packaging, and components must be included

Proof of purchase is required
Our team will provide return instructions upon approval.
6. Shipping Costs

If the issue is caused by us → We cover all shipping costs

If the customer sends back a non-defective item without approval → Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

8. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For EU customers, orders can be canceled within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective.
